Who takes care of the delivery of my products?
Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the customer. All you need to do is keep it packed and ready for dispatch.
What are the return guidelines?
Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given. For more details, please see our guidelines.
Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Silparoopam refund policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
How to return items?
Go to Your Orders. (ensure you have signed in before)
Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
Select a reason from menu and continue.
How to track package?
Go to your orders. Go to the order you want to track. Select Track Package next to your order. Select See all updates to view delivery updates.
